Shipping
- Orders ship within 1–2 business days from Canada.
- Delivered across Canada by Canada Post, in 2–7 business days depending on your region.
- Free shipping on orders of CAD $100 or more.
- A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
- If you haven't received your order after 6 days, contact us — we'll investigate immediately.
- If an item is out of stock, we'll let you know and you can choose to wait or cancel at no cost.
Delivery attempts
- Canada Post makes one delivery attempt to residential addresses.
- If you're not home, a notice is left and your parcel can be picked up at the local post office (usually within 2 km).
- If the parcel isn't collected within 10 business days, it is returned to us and refunded minus the shipping cost.
Authenticity guarantee
All of our fragrances are 100% authentic. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations. If a product doesn't meet your expectations on quality after opening, we will initiate a return, have the product examined, and then either exchange it or issue a full refund.
Returns
- Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery. After that we can't offer a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase is required. Please do not send products back to the manufacturer.
- Any item returned damaged, incomplete or not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error may be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
- A defective product that is not your fault will be exchanged at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, the amount is credited to your original method of payment.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. If the parcel is sent collect, those costs are deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged, and only for an identical product. Email us at contact@scentoracanada.ca to start a return or exchange and receive the return address.
